It is about our everyday lives being offered as an offering to the Lord. An offering is a free will voluntary act, likewise our dedication comes with a free willing spirit. This is not just about money, materials or well-being, it is about us offering ourselves from the inside out to Jesus.

That means every area of our lives and through every seasons we choose to Live Dedicated.
It is about you at work or school, just chilling with friends or spending time with family.Relationship time, parenting time, business plans, creating art, music, writing or planning a new adventure, games, sports, leisure or an expedition, everything becomes an offering to the Lord. Our Living is not to be detached from God but Dedicated to the Lord.

“So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognise what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.” – Romans 12:1-2 (MSG)

Embrace God in daily Living. Church life is not meant to be an isolated religious activity but an everyday worship lifestyle.

As a Kingdom Family here at ACC, we know that every Journey has a next step and we can help each other journey together.

Living through this thing ; a Thorn

By | Another Blog Category, Latest News, Message, News | No Comments

Having even a tiny thorn stuck in our thumb can cause great discomfort. In 2nd Corinthians 12:9, Jesus says “ My Grace is sufficient for you,for my strength is made perfect in weakness”.This was In response to Paul’s pleading for a thorn in the flesh to be taken away. It was given to him, messenger of a satan to buffet me.We face thorny situations in life, often we can handle and solve many things but at times a particular ‘thing’ in life causes great stress and we want it out of our way. afab8b8544d1c0c5ab5e0e468d0368f0It could be a person, work place problem, classroom challenges, friends or family situations. We pray and pray for God to solve it but it remains.

Jesus is teaching us to deal with that ‘thing’ in your life, face it, the Lord is saying “I will help you to go through this thorny situations,My Grace is sufficient for you,in your weakness My strength is made perfect. I remember playing football on fields filled with thorns (mimosa),for the love of the game we just keep going, nothing stops the joy of playing the game we loved was sufficient.

The messenger may be Satan but lets focus on the message from God;the message is My Grace is Sufficient for you! God can bring Heaven out of a hell situation .

2-corinthians-12-9You just got to keep walking in Christ even if the thorn remains. Jesus was humiliated with a crown of thorns but He did not stop carrying the cross for you. This ‘thing’ a thorn in any form is not going to stop you from doing what God wants you to do.

Like Paul, Let’s say “when i am weak, then i am strong”.

ACC Kingdom Family

ACC organised a Family Holiday in Grand Kampar Hotel,Perak from 16th-18th September 2016. A Kingdom Family holiday was designed with lotsa fun activities, blended with faith, development and experience for our different age group participants.

Each participants were divided into 4 groups in which bonds were strengthens. The activities planned by the organising team was energetic. It helped them in conversing and to build relationships with one another.
From the Treasure hunt, badminton and Futsal competition, to the highlight of our holiday-ACC Talent Hollywood Night, each participants put in their energy, dedication,God’s gifts and talents to make this holiday an unforgettable experiences.

Proverbs 17:22 “ A cheerful heart is a good medicine but a crushed spirit dries up the bones”. ACC Family might just be overdosed with the laughter medicine we got from the acting, singing and dancing performance from each groups. Often times we thought that God will only be with us in our sorrow time, but the truth is.. God is always with us.. in our Joy and in our sorrow. And we’ve learnt that in our midst of happiness and laughter, God is watching us and is happy for us too.

Oh..and not to mention! our participants enjoyed their meals here too. The food here at  GKH is amazing..Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. We practically have no time to feel hungry at all since there’s always good food here. (This is honestly by far the best meal we ever had for church camp/holiday-LOL)

Cozy night with  acoustic worship band and the bohemian setting in our hall, everyone were able to soak in the presence of God and hear the message of how God loves us and its important to love yourself first before being able to truly love others. And that simple fact makes all the difference.

We’ve also enjoyed our second session from Ps Justin “Your battle is the Lord’s”. in which we’ve learnt that Faith demands that we turn over all our problems, critical situations, fears and anxieties into the hand of the Lord. And holding fast to that faith by trusting God and resting on His promises and rejecting all the lies of satan.

We would like to thank everyone for their time and effort in coming together as a family, creating an amazing unforgettable experience for Alpha Colors! And we simply could not have done it without you!
Looking forward for our next holiday together!

God bless,
ACC Kingdom Family Holiday Team!

Lost and Found

By | Another Blog Category, Latest News, Message, News, Uncategorized | No Comments

Often when we lose our belonging i.e. a car key,we will try to trace back our steps and most of the time we don’t know where to start. Where do we start when we feel we have lost our way in life?

In Luke chapter 15,verse 11 it says “a certain man had two sons. The younger son desired the world and left his father’s house and the older son stayed and served in the father’s house, but not knowing his identity as a son. Both the sons lost their way, but interestingly it is the father who comes out to them, so that they can be found in his house. When the younger son decided to go home, it says in verse 20 ..his father saw him and had compassion, ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.”

Father’s heart is for the lost to be found. The older son was upset and angry. He refused to join the homecoming party of his brother, but again it was the father who desired that the older son be found by his love.

In verse 28 it says..”Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him.”

This is the heart of God for us, for the lost to be found. Bible says God loved us first and we are found by His grace. Where do we start when we lose our way? we trace our steps back to the start, the heart of our heavenly Father. He found us and loved us first.

Martin Smith sings ‘Back to the start, where you found me,take everything,I’m coming home again.’

At our Church, we want every meeting to be a homecoming service for all of God’s children,no matter which side of the brothers in this story you are.

Lets trace our steps back to the start where our Heavenly Father always loved us first.

See ya at Church!
